The lithium ion battery and the first switch form a main loop, and meanwhile, the first switch is connected in parallel with a circuit in which the super capacitor and the second switch are connected in series to jointly form a lithium ion battery series super-capacitance module for supplying power to a load; when the lithium ion battery works in a large-current power supply mode, the first switch is switched on, the second switch is switched off, when the output voltage of the lithium ion battery at the discharging tail end drops to a threshold value, the first switch is switched off, the second switch is switched on, and the super capacitor is connected into a main loop in series to supply power to the whole vehicle. The lithium ion battery and the supercapacitor are connected in series through the switch, the voltage of the whole lithium ion battery can be increased at the large-current discharging tail end, the voltage requirement of the whole vehicle is met, the capacity of the battery does not need to be increased, and cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种车用锂离子电池串联超容模组的电压控制方法,属于电池模组技术领域。锂离子电池与第一开关构成主回路,同时第一开关与超级电容器和第二开关串接的电路并联连接,共同构成锂离子电池串联超容模组给负载供电;当所述锂离子电池工作在大电流供电时,所述第一开关闭合,第二开关断开,在放电末端所述锂离子电池输出电压下降到阈值时,所述第一开关断开、第二开关闭合,所述超级电容器串联到主回路中为整车供电。本发明通过开关实现锂离子电池与超级电容器的串联,可以在大电流放电末端抬升整个锂离子电池的电压,满足整车电压要求,而不需要增加电池的容量,降低成本。
