    本申请实施例公开了一种车辆排放装置,装置包括:装置入口,第一装置出口,第二装置出口,第一消声装置,壳体;其中,装置入口位于壳体侧壁;第一装置出口位于壳体的顶壁或侧壁,第一装置出口高于装置入口;第二装置出口位于壳体的底壁或侧壁,第二装置出口低于装置入口;壳体内设置有第一消声装置,第一消声装置设置于装置入口所在的水平面与壳体顶部之间,第一消声装置的至少一侧与壳体的侧壁相连接。通过入口在下,出口在上,消声装置在中间的设计方式,使得排放混合物在进入车辆排放装置时,在重力作用下,液态水向下汇集并排出,而气态水蒸气向上汇集,经过消声装置的消声过后排出,防止了液态水对消声装置的影响,保证了装置的消声性能。
