The invention provides an aviation trajectory prediction method based on multi-flight training and transposition input, a medium, a device and a program product. The method comprises the steps of collecting a flight data set and performing data preprocessing; constructing a Transform model based on transpose input, and training the model by using the preprocessed data; the trained Transform model is utilized to carry out trajectory prediction; and the trajectory prediction result is visualized. According to the method, multi-flight input is realized through data preprocessing for training, only effective flight data is utilized, the data volume is greatly reduced, and convenience is provided for subsequent training; and meanwhile, the Transform model based on transpose input can better capture dependency among data during trajectory prediction, so that the problem of complex dependency in time sequence data is solved, mutual influence among different variables can be identified under the condition of multiple variables, and the prediction accuracy and the generalization ability of the model are improved.

    本发明提供一种基于多航班训练和转置输入的航空轨迹预测方法、介质、装置及程序产品,所述方法包括:收集航班数据集并进行数据预处理;构建基于转置输入的Transformer模型并利用预处理后的数据训练模型;利用训练好的Transformer模型进行轨迹预测;将轨迹预测结果进行可视化。本发明通过数据预处理实现多航班输入进行训练,只利用有效的航班数据,大大减少了数据量,为后续的训练提供了便捷;同时基于转置输入的Transformer模型在进行轨迹预测时能够更好的捕获数据之间的依赖性,不仅解决了时间序列数据中的复杂依赖问题,还能在多变量情况下识别不同变量间的相互影响,从而提升预测的准确性和模型的泛化能力。
