The invention relates to the technical field of thermal management, and particularly provides an aircraft cascade thermal management system and a thermal management method.The aircraft cascade thermal management system comprises a liquid metal bypass heat sink connected with a high-heat-flux heat source; the liquid metal bypass heat sink is used for absorbing thermal shock heat of a high-heat-flux heat source and is filled with a phase change heat storage working medium; the liquid metal loop comprises a heat sink and a driving pump, and a first heat dissipation working medium which is liquid metal flows in the liquid metal loop; the heat sink is connected with the high-heat-flux heat source and is a device for exchanging heat between the high-heat-flux heat source and the liquid metal loop; and the driving pump is used for pumping the heat dissipation working medium in the liquid metal loop. The mode of combining liquid metal active fluid cooling and passive phase change heat storage is adopted for a high-heat-flux heat source, the adopted liquid metal working medium is wide in liquid phase temperature zone, the boiling point is generally larger than 1000 DEG C, and the problems that in the water cooling technology, due to working medium gasification, heat transfer deteriorates, and the pipeline sealing reliability is reduced are solved.

    本发明涉及热管理技术领域,尤其提供一种飞行器梯级热管理系统及热管理方法,包括液态金属旁路热沉,与高热流密度热源连接;液态金属旁路热沉用于吸收高热流密度热源热冲击热量,装填相变蓄热工质;液态金属回路,包括热沉和驱动泵,流通有为液态金属的第一散热工质;且热沉与高热流密度热源连接,热沉为高热流密度热源和液态金属回路间换热的装置;驱动泵用于泵送液态金属回路中的散热工质。本发明通过对针对高热流密度热源采用液态金属主动流体冷却和被动相变蓄热相结合的方式,所采用的液态金属工质液相温区宽广,沸点通常大于1000℃,避免了水冷技术中因工质气化导致的传热恶化、管路密封可靠性降低等问题。
