The invention provides a high-wet-skid-resistance and low-noise electric automobile tire and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of tire preparation. The high-wet-skid-resistance and low-noise electric automobile tire comprises a tire tread made of a rubber composition, the rubber composition comprises a rubber component and a filler, and the filler is prepared by performing hybrid cross-linking modification on carbon black and carbon nanotubes by using 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate glycidyl ether, unsaturated anhydride and cardanol. By controlling the formula of the tread rubber and the tire structure, the obtained tire has excellent mechanical properties, high wet skid resistance and noise reduction performance.
