The invention discloses a crane operation risk detection system and method based on a virtual electronic fence, and belongs to the technical field of hoisting operation, and the system comprises an information acquisition module which is used for acquiring data information of a preset crane and data information of an electronic fence of an operation site, the data acquisition module is used for acquiring object data information in the electronic fence and generating a data set based on the acquired data information; the data calculation module is used for calculating the movement amplitude of the lifting arm of the crane in the lifting process on the basis of the preset lifting height required by the crane and/or the rotation angle of the lifting arm; by collecting the movement data of the suspension arm in the preset crane operation process, collecting the enclosure area of the electronic fence and presetting the coordinates of the crane in the electronic fence, the safety state of the crane in the operation process can be calculated, and whether the suspension arm of the crane exceeds the safety enclosure range or not in the movement process is predicted; therefore, the hoisting operation in the electronic fence is ensured to be in a safe and controllable state.

    本发明公开了一种基于虚拟电子围栏的吊车作业风险检测系统及其方法,属于吊装作业技术领域,包括信息获取模块,用于获取预设吊车的数据信息,以及用于获取作业现场的电子围栏的数据信息,还包括用于获取电子围栏内的物体数据信息,并基于所获取的数据信息生成数据集;数据计算模块,基于预设吊车所需吊装的高度和/或吊臂的旋转角度,计算吊装过程中吊车吊臂的移动幅度;本发明通过采集预设吊车作业过程中吊臂的移动数据,以及通过采集电子围栏的围护面积和预设吊车于电子围栏内的坐标,可计算吊车作业过程中的安全状态,并预测吊车的吊臂在移动过程中会否超出安全围护范围,以确保于电子围栏内的吊装作业处于安全可控状态。
