The invention provides an extra-high voltage converter valve reactor replacement tool and a replacement method. The extra-high voltage converter valve reactor replacement tool comprises a reactor hoisting tool and a reactor sliding table tool, the electric reactor hoisting tool comprises a cross beam assembly and a suspension assembly, wherein the cross beam assembly is mounted on an upper-layer insulating beam of an upper valve layer of a replaced electric reactor, and the suspension assembly and the cross beam assembly are fixed; the electric reactor sliding table tool comprises a guide rail assembly and a sliding table assembly, wherein the guide rail assembly is installed on a lower-layer insulating beam of a next valve layer of a replaced electric reactor, the sliding table assembly is in sliding fit with the guide rail assembly, and a sliding table is used for adjusting the horizontal position of the replaced electric reactor. The electric reactor hoisting tool is located above a replaced electric reactor, the replaced electric reactor is moved in the vertical direction through the suspension assembly, the electric reactor sliding table tool is located below the replaced electric reactor, the replaced electric reactor is moved in the horizontal direction through the sliding table assembly, and rapid replacement of an existing conventional extra-high voltage converter valve electric reactor is achieved. The valve reactor can be reliably disassembled, and the replacement efficiency of the reactor is improved.

    本发明提供一种特高压换流阀电抗器更换工装及更换方法,包括:电抗器吊装工装和电抗器滑台工装;所述电抗器吊装工装包括安装在被更换电抗器上一阀层的上层绝缘梁上的横梁组件和与所述横梁组件固定的悬吊组件;所述电抗器滑台工装包括安装在被更换电抗器下一阀层的下层绝缘梁上的导轨组件和与所述导轨组件滑动配合的滑台组件,所述滑台用于调节被更换电抗器水平位置;电抗器吊装工装位于被更换电抗器的上方,通过悬吊组件从垂直方向移动被更换电抗器,电抗器滑台工装位于被更换电抗器的下方,通过滑台组件水平方向移动被更换电抗器,实现了现有常规特高压换流阀电抗器的快速更换,能够实现阀电抗器的可靠拆卸,提高了电抗器的更换效率。
