The invention relates to a hoisting device and a hoisting method. The hoisting device at least comprises a plurality of bearing mechanisms, an adjusting mechanism and a hoisting mechanism. The bearing mechanism comprises a seat body, a bearing piece and an adjusting structure. The base bodies of the multiple bearing mechanisms move relative to the adjusting mechanism in the first direction, so that the base bodies of the multiple bearing mechanisms can more stably support the target pieces, and the target pieces can be relatively evenly placed on the bearing pieces. When the hoisting mechanism is used for hoisting a plurality of bearing mechanisms, the target pieces are relatively uniformly placed on the bearing pieces, so that the situation that the target pieces shake due to unstable gravity centers and the like can be reduced, and the stability in the hoisting process is improved. Accordingly, the bearing piece is configured to be movably connected with the base body around the first axis, the adjusting structure controllably drives the bearing piece to rotate around the first axis, the target piece borne and supported on the bearing piece can be rotated more conveniently and flexibly, and the target piece is installed at the target position at a more accurate angle.
