The invention provides a monitoring method and device for a mine hoist and a monitoring system for the mine hoist. The monitoring method comprises the steps that operation condition data of the mine hoist are obtained; according to the operation condition data, multi-angle analysis is carried out, corresponding analysis results are obtained, and the analysis results at least comprise one of the following results: the mine hoist is in a normal state, motor temperature rise of the mine hoist is abnormal, a brake shoe of the mine hoist is excessively worn, and the mine hoist has an aging risk; and executing corresponding countermeasures on the mine hoist according to the analysis results. The problem of low monitoring and early warning efficiency of the mine hoist due to lack of comprehensive monitoring of motor analysis, brake shoe clearance analysis, key point monitoring of an electric control system and environment monitoring in the mine hoist in the prior art is solved.
