The invention relates to an elevator car load mass measuring method, device and equipment, a medium and a product. The method comprises the steps that in the elevator running process, a first electric signal is collected for a traction motor in a transmission system of an elevator; the transmission system comprises a traction motor for controlling the lift car to lift, the lift car, a counterweight and a rope; based on the first electric signal, the value of the current motor power of the traction motor, the value of the current running speed of the lift car, the current running state of the lift car and the current value of the running height between the position where the lift car is located and the reference position are determined; obtaining a pre-fitted steady-state parameter value and a pre-generated rope parameter value; and when the running state is a constant-speed running state, the current load mass value of the lift car is determined according to conservation of input power and consumption power of the transmission system and according to the current motor power value, the current running speed value, the steady-state parameter value, the rope parameter value and the current running height value. By adopting the method, the car load mass measurement precision can be improved.

    本申请涉及一种电梯轿厢负载质量测量方法、装置、设备、介质和产品。所述方法包括:在电梯运行过程中,对电梯的传动系统中的曳引电机采集第一电信号;传动系统包含控制轿厢升降的曳引电机、轿厢、对重以及绳索;基于第一电信号,确定曳引电机当前电机功率的值、轿厢当前运行速度的值、轿厢当前的运行状态以及轿厢所在位置与基准位置之间运行高度的当前值;获取预拟合的稳态参数值和预生成的绳索参数值;当运行状态为匀速运行状态,按照传动系统的输入功率与消耗功率守恒,根据当前电机功率的值、当前运行速度的值、稳态参数值、绳索参数值和运行高度的当前值,确定轿厢当前负载质量的值。采用本方法能够提高轿厢负载质量测量精度。
