The invention provides a helicopter blade load data test validity detection and judgment method and device. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting normal blade load data and detected sortie blade load data under the same characteristic state; phase alignment is carried out on the selected two groups of data, and load data in two rotation periods are selected from each of the two groups of data; carrying out abnormal value judgment on the selected load data, and carrying out abnormal value elimination and point supplementation operation to obtain two groups of corrected blade load data; carrying out correlation calculation on the two groups of corrected blade load data to obtain a correlation coefficient R; finally, the obtained correlation coefficient R is compared with a set threshold value, whether the tested sortie blade load data test is effective or not is judged, monitoring faults caused by test faults can be recognized, the fault range can be prompted, monitoring personnel can be assisted in judging the problems, and flight safety is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种直升机桨叶载荷数据测试有效性检判方法及装置,该方法先选取相同特征状态下的正常桨叶载荷数据以及被检查架次桨叶载荷数据;对所选两组数据进行相位对齐,并在两组数据中各选取2个旋转周期内的载荷数据;再对选取的载荷数据进行异常值判断,进行异常值剔除以及补点操作,得到修正后的两组桨叶载荷数据;之后对修正后的两组桨叶载荷数据进行相关性计算,得到相关系数R;最后将得到的相关系数R与设定阈值进行比较,判断被检查架次桨叶载荷数据测试是否有效,能识别测试故障导致的监控故障,提示故障范围,辅助监控人员判断问题,保障飞行安全。
