The invention relates to the technical field of ship navigation early warning, and discloses a ship direction monitoring and early warning integrated platform which comprises a ship speed acquisition unit, a ship course angle data acquisition unit, a ship navigation data analysis unit and an early warning unit. According to the ship direction monitoring and early warning integrated platform, early warning is carried out on the ship navigation direction and the navigation state by integrating the wind speed, the water flow speed and the noise data in the navigation process in the current navigation environment, the risk and the course deviation angle in the navigation process can be obtained at the same time, and under the severe navigation condition, the ship direction can be monitored and early warned. The method can still accurately obtain the current ship navigation risk and course deviation, and avoids the situation that the position information and the navigation state of the ship are acquired in real time only by means of sensors such as radar and a global positioning system (GPS), and the early warning effect is affected due to delayed data transmission possibly caused by network delay or signal interruption under the severe navigation condition. And therefore, accurate early warning can be made in a better way in a variable navigation environment.

    本发明涉船舶航行预警技术领域,且公开了一种船舶方向监测与预警一体化平台,包括船舶航速采集单元、船舶航向角度数据采集单元、船舶航行数据分析单元以及预警单元。该船舶方向监测与预警一体化平台,通过整合当前航行环境下的风速、水流速度、航行中的噪声数据来对船舶航行方向和航行状态进行预警,能够同时得出航行过程中的风险以及航向偏移角度,在较为恶劣的航行条件下,仍能够精准的得出当前船舶航行的风险以及航向偏差,避免仅依靠雷达、全球定位系统(GPS)等传感器实时采集船舶的位置信息和航行状态,当遇到恶劣的航行条件下,网络延迟或信号中断可能导致数据传输不及时,影响预警效果,进而能够更好的应对多变航行环境作出精准的预警。
