The invention discloses an electric power steering column with a middle shell. The electric power steering column comprises an input and output shaft combination, a worm gear, a worm, a lower shell, the middle shell, an upper shell, a first bearing, a second bearing and a sensor assembly. The lower shell, the middle shell and the upper shell are sequentially connected in a clearance fit mode and fixed through bolts. The outer diameter of the worm gear is in meshed connection with the worm, and the worm gear and the worm are arranged in a first space formed by combining the lower shell and the middle shell; the input and output shaft combination is sequentially sleeved with a first bearing, a worm gear and a second bearing in the axial direction, and the input and output shaft combination is axially fixed through double nuts. The outer diameter of the first bearing is connected with the lower shell; and the outer diameter of the second bearing is connected with the middle shell. According to the electric power steering column, radial vibration generated by the input and output shaft combination when an automobile runs on an uneven road surface is effectively restrained, abnormal sound generated at the meshing position of the worm gear and the worm is avoided, and the comfort of a driver and passengers is improved.
本发明公开了一种带有中壳体的电动助力转向管柱,包括输入输出轴组合、蜗轮、蜗杆、下壳体、中壳体、上壳体、第一轴承、第二轴承和传感器组件;下壳体、中壳体和上壳体依次间隙配合连接,且通过螺栓固定;蜗轮的外径与蜗杆啮合连接,且蜗轮和蜗杆设置在下壳体与中壳体组合形成的第一空间内;输入输出轴组合沿轴向依次套设有第一轴承、蜗轮和第二轴承,且输入输出轴组合通过双螺母进行轴向固定;第一轴承的外径与下壳体连接;第二轴承的外径与中壳体连接。本发明的电动助力转向管柱有效抑制了汽车在不平整的路面行驶时输入输出轴组合产生的径向振动,避免了蜗轮与蜗杆啮合处产生异响,有利于提高司乘人员的舒适性。
