The invention provides a V2X-based traffic situation early warning method, system and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining traffic data collected by a plurality of data sources, and carrying out the preprocessing of the received traffic data; corresponding traffic indexes are determined according to the preprocessed traffic data, and the traffic indexes at least comprise the vehicle pedestrian flow, the vehicle average speed and the lane traffic situation; wherein the lane traffic situation at least comprises a corresponding grade representing a road congestion condition in a preset time period, and the corresponding grade at least comprises one of unblocked, mild congestion, moderate congestion and serious congestion; and evaluating a corresponding traffic situation condition according to the traffic index, and if the traffic situation condition is abnormal, outputting corresponding risk early warning information. Through the real-time data monitoring technology, the urban traffic management efficiency is improved, the traffic jam problem is relieved, and the comprehensiveness and accuracy of information are ensured.

    本发明提供一种基于V2X的交通态势预警方法、系统及设备,包括,获取多个数据源采集的交通数据,并对接收的交通数据进行预处理;根据预处理后的交通数据确定对应的交通指标,其中,所述交通指标至少包括车辆行人流量、车辆平均速度及车道交通态势;其中,所述车道交通态势至少包括表示在预设的时间段内道路拥堵情况的对应等级,所述对应等级至少包括畅通、轻度拥堵、中度拥堵及严重拥堵中的一种;根据所述交通指标评估对应的交通态势状况,若所述交通态势状况为异常,则输出对应的风险预警信息。本发明通过实时数据监测技术,提升城市交通管理效率,减轻交通拥堵问题,确保信息的全面性和准确性。
