The invention provides a sample selection and determination method for supplementary verification of a hang-off vibration test, and the method specifically comprises the steps: obtaining the maximum vibration equivalent time tmax of the reliability test of a plurality of vibration magnitudes and the acceleration power spectrum psdmax of the maximum vibration magnitude test for a sample A subjected to a plurality of vibration tests and a sample B subjected to a plurality of reliability tests; the acceleration power spectrum and the duration of each full-order vibration test and the maximum vibration equivalent time t'max of the vibration test are obtained; respectively comparing the acceleration power spectrum, the duration time and the maximum vibration equivalent time t'max of each vibration test of the sample A with the psdmax and the tmax of the reliability test of the sample B in a low-frequency vibration region, so as to realize the selection of the sample A or the sample B. Therefore, the existing sample, namely the sample A or the sample B, can be reasonably selected, the selected sample A or the sample B is improved and then subjected to supplementary verification of the hanging vibration test again, the test verification efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明提供一种补充验证挂飞振动试验的样品选择确定方法,具体为:针对于进行多次振动试验的样品A和进行多次可靠性试验的样品B,得到多个振动量级的可靠性试验的最大振动等效时间tmax及最大振动量级试验的加速度功率谱psdmax;得到各满量级的振动试验的加速度功率谱、持续时间和振动试验的最大振动等效时间t’max;将样品A的各振动试验的加速度功率谱、持续时间和振动试验的最大振动等效时间t’max分别与样品B的可靠性试验的psdmax和tmax在低频振动区域进行对比,实现对样品A或样品B的选用。因此,本发明能够合理的选择现有的样品,即样品A或样品B,对选择的样品A或样品B改进后重新进行挂飞振动试验补充验证,提高试验验证效率,降低成本。
