According to the aircraft front wheel turning control valve fault detection method, a fault detection program resides in a turning control unit, and the fault detection program comprises a fault detection condition judgment module and a fault detection instruction sending module. The fault detection condition judgment module is used for receiving a pressure signal of a hydraulic system, a wheel load signal of an undercarriage folding and unfolding system, a speed signal of a brake system, a turning release signal of a turning release switch and a fault signal of a front wheel turning system; the fault detection instruction sending module sends a turn-off instruction to a turn-off valve of the turning control valve and sends a turning instruction to a servo valve of the turning control valve, if the servo valve cannot control the action of a turning mechanism and enables front wheels not to deflect, it is indicated that the turn-off valve is in a normal working state, and if the servo valve controls the action of the turning mechanism and enables the front wheels to deflect, it is indicated that the turn-off valve is in a normal working state. And indicating that the shut-off valve is in a hidden fault state.

    一种飞机前轮转弯控制阀故障检测方法,在转弯控制单元内驻留有故障检测程序,所述的故障检测程序含有故障检测条件判断模块和故障检测指令发送模块,故障检测条件判断模块接收液压系统的压力信号、起落架收放系统的轮载信号、刹车系统的速度信号、转弯解除开关的转弯解除信号和前轮转弯系统故障信号,上述各信号满足故障检测条件时,故障检测指令发送模块向转弯控制阀的关断阀发送关断指令,向转弯控制阀的伺服阀发送转弯指令,如果伺服阀不能控制转弯机构动作,使前轮不发生偏转,说明关断阀处于正常工作状态,如果伺服阀控制转弯机构动作,使前轮发生偏转,说明关断阀处于隐性故障状态。
