The invention discloses a construction piling platform and method for an offshore photovoltaic power station, and relates to offshore piling equipment and a construction method.The construction piling platform comprises an engineering floating platform and piling devices, the left piling device, the right piling device and piling manipulators are arranged on the front portion of the engineering floating platform, and a floating platform guide part is arranged on the engineering floating platform and located between piles; a driving device and a positioning device are arranged on the engineering floating platform. The construction piling method comprises the following steps: connecting and positioning the engineering floating platform and the seabed; the piles are sunk into the seabed on the left and right sides of the floating platform guide part respectively; the engineering floating platform is moved forwards till the piling device is located at the next piling position; the piles sunk into the seabed are guided by the engineering floating platform on the left side and the right side of the floating platform guide part in the forward moving process of the engineering floating platform; and the steps are repeated, and the operation of sinking the next pair of piles into the seabed is completed till sinking of all the piles in the two rows is completed. The piling platform is simple in structure and convenient to use, can be matched with a construction method, can quickly position a piling position, and is high in working efficiency.
一种海上光伏发电站用施工打桩平台及方法,涉及海上打桩设备及施工方法,包括工程浮台和打桩装置,工程浮台前部上设有左右两个打桩装置和打桩机械手,工程浮台上设有浮台导向部,浮台导向部位于桩之间;工程浮台上设有驱动装置和定位装置。施工打桩方法步骤如下:将工程浮台与海底相连定位;在浮台导向部左右两侧分别将桩沉入海底;将工程浮台向前移动至打桩装置位于下一打桩位置;工程浮台向前移动过程中已经沉入海底的桩在浮台导向部的左右两侧为其导向;重复上述步骤、完成下一对桩的沉入海底操作,直至完成两行所有桩的沉入。打桩平台的结构简单、使用方便,配合施工方法,可快速进行打桩位置的定位、工作效率。
