The winch storage hydraulic system comprises a pilot overflow valve, a motor and an oil tank, the oil tank is provided with a first oil port and a second oil port, the first oil port is connected with the oil inlet end of the motor through a first oil outlet pipeline, and the oil outlet end of the motor is connected with the second oil port of the oil tank through a first oil return pipeline; a pilot-operated overflow valve is arranged between the first oil outlet pipeline and the first oil return pipeline, the oil inlet end of the pilot-operated overflow valve is connected with the first oil outlet pipeline, the oil outlet end of the pilot-operated overflow valve is connected with the first oil return pipeline, and a pilot-operated oil way of the pilot-operated overflow valve is connected with an oil tank through a first switch valve. The first switch valve is in a closed state when not reversing, the pilot oil way of the pilot overflow valve is further connected with a first oil outlet pipeline, and hydraulic oil of the first oil outlet pipeline flows into the pilot oil way of the pilot overflow valve to drive an internal oil way of the pilot overflow valve to be closed. By means of the structure, the motor can be controlled to rotate stably when the winch winds the cable, and the cable is kept in a constant-tension state.

    本发明提供一种绞车收纳液压系统,包括先导式溢流阀、马达和油箱,所述油箱设有第一油口和第二油口,第一油口通过第一出油管道连接马达的进油端,马达的出油端通过第一回油管道连接油箱的第二油口,在第一出油管道和第一回油管道之间设有先导式溢流阀,所述先导式溢流阀的进油端连接第一出油管道,先导式溢流阀的出油端连接第一回油管道,所述先导式溢流阀的先导油路通过第一开关阀连接油箱,所述第一开关阀不换向时处于关闭状态,先导式溢流阀的先导油路还与第一出油管道相连,第一出油管道的液压油流入先导式溢流阀的先导油路驱动先导式溢流阀的内部油路关闭;上述结构,绞车收绳时能够控制马达转动稳定,使得缆绳保持恒张力状态。
