The invention belongs to the technical field of laser rulers, and particularly discloses an escalator inspection and detection device and a using method thereof.The escalator inspection and detection device comprises a laser ruler body, a laser head is arranged at the top end of the laser ruler body, a display screen is arranged on the front side face of the laser ruler body, and a plurality of laser buttons are arranged at the bottom of the display screen; a control chip is arranged in the laser ruler body, and the laser head, the display screen and the laser button are all electrically connected with the control chip. The movable plate is pushed to move until the bottom face of the movable plate is flush with the bottom face of the rotating plate, the elastic force of the elastic piece enables static friction force between the pressing rod and the side frame to limit the rotating frame in a matched mode, limiting of the rotating frame is completed, and the angle between the bottom face of the rotating frame and the top face of the laser ruler body is adjusted in real time according to the inclination angle of the escalator. The escalator does not need to be stopped, and the laser ruler body can conveniently detect escalators with different inclination angles in real time.

    本发明属于激光尺技术领域,尤其公开了一种自动扶梯检验检测装置及其使用方法,该自动扶梯检验检测装置包括激光尺本体,激光尺本体顶端设置有激光头,且激光尺本体前侧面设置有显示屏,显示屏底部设置有多个激光按钮,激光尺本体内部设置有控制芯片,且激光头、显示屏和激光按钮均与控制芯片电性连接。本发明通过推动活动板的移动,直至活动板底面与转板底面齐平,弹片的弹力使得压杆与侧架之间的静摩擦力配合限定转架,完成对转架的限定,根据自动扶梯倾斜的角度从而实时调整转架底面与激光尺本体顶面之间的角度,无需停止自动扶梯,方便激光尺本体实时检测不同倾斜角度的自动扶梯。
