The invention discloses a secondary deployable pneumatic speed reducer which comprises a main body unit, a rigid deployable unit, a driving unit and a skin, a deployable assembly comprises a first spoke, a second spoke and a connecting rod, and the driving unit comprises a driving sleeve, a driver and a tensioning cable. The unfolding process comprises a first unfolding stage and a second unfolding stage, in the first unfolding stage, the driver pulls the tensioning cable to drive the second spokes to slide relative to the first spokes, and complete unfolding of the second spokes is achieved; and in the second unfolding stage, the driving sleeve is driven by the tensioning cable to slide upwards along the axis of the supporting body, the first spokes and the second spokes are driven by the connecting rods to rotate relative to the supporting body, the skin is driven to be completely unfolded, and complete unfolding of the pneumatic speed reduction face of the pneumatic speed reducer is achieved. The elongation of the tensioning cable is increased along with the increase of the external aerodynamic load and the elastic force of the flexible skin, and self-adaptive adjustment of the flexural rigidity and the unfolding angle of the deployable assembly along with the change of the external aerodynamic load can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种二次可展开式气动减速器,包括主体单元、刚性可展单元、驱动单元以及蒙皮,可展组件包括第一辐条、第二辐条以及连接杆,驱动单元包括驱动套筒、驱动器以及张紧索。展开过程包括第一展开阶段和第二展开阶段,在第一展开阶段,驱动器拉动张紧索,驱动第二辐条相对于第一辐条滑动,实现第二辐条的完全展开;在第二展开阶段,驱动套筒在张紧索的驱动下沿支撑主体轴线向上滑动,利用连接杆带动第一辐条以及第二辐条相对于支撑主体转动,带动蒙皮完全展开,实现气动减速器的气动减速面的完全展开。张紧索的伸长量随外界气动载荷与柔性蒙皮弹力的增大而增大,能够实现可展组件抗弯刚度与展开角的随外界气动载荷变化自适应调节。
