The invention provides an SAR satellite structure suitable for multi-satellite launching and a design method, and relates to the technical field of spacecraft design, the SAR satellite structure comprises a satellite main body, a solar wing, a radiation unit, an antenna substrate, a plate penetrating connector, a TR assembly and a semi-rigid connection assembly, the SAR satellite structure adopts a trapezoidal cross section configuration, the internal space of a rocket fairing is fully utilized, and the space of the rocket fairing is fully utilized; a heat conduction unit and a heating unit are arranged between the radiation unit and the antenna substrate and between the antenna substrate and the TR assembly, so that the radiation array plane flatness of the radiation unit and the installation flatness of the TR assembly are ensured, heat conduction between single machines is increased, and the temperature consistency of the antenna is improved; the semi-rigid connection assembly can reduce the response of the active section antenna, release the thermal deformation of the antenna, reduce the flatness change, improve the precision of a radiation array plane, and solve the problems that the space utilization rate of an existing SAR satellite is low, the flatness of the antenna is easily affected by thermal deformation, and the temperature of the antenna is difficult to control.

    本发明提供了一种适用于多星发射的SAR卫星结构及设计方法,涉及航天器设计技术领域,SAR卫星结构包括卫星主体、太阳翼、辐射单元、天线基板、穿板接插件、TR组件和半刚性连接组件,SAR卫星结构采用梯形截面构型,充分利用火箭整流罩的内部空间,提高卫星组网速度,在辐射单元和天线基板之间以及天线基板与TR组件之间设置导热单元和加热单元,在保证辐射单元辐射阵面平面度和TR组件安装平面度的同时增加单机间热量传导,提高天线温度一致性,半刚性连接组件能降低主动段天线响应,释放天线热变形,降低平面度变化,提高辐射阵面精度,解决了现有的SAR卫星空间利用率低、天线平面度易受热变形影响以及难以进行天线温度控制的问题。
