The invention relates to the technical field of ship engine room pre-outfitting, and discloses a product oil and chemical ship engine room pre-outfitting process which comprises ship outfitting simulation, segmented pre-outfitting, block pre-outfitting, engine room equipment pre-installation, piping system and cable laying, outfitting piece inspection and debugging and ship coating and corrosion prevention. The ship outfitting simulation comprises the steps of ship engine room modeling, pre-outfitting information integration, pre-outfitting collision detection, pre-outfitting planning and pre-outfitting dynamic simulation. By means of the pre-outfitting technology, the problems in the installation process can be found and solved in advance, then the pre-outfitting rate is increased, and the ship building period is shortened.
