The invention provides a vehicle braking method and device, a vehicle, a medium and a program product, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The method comprises the steps that in response to detected braking operation for the vehicle, first braking force of the vehicle is determined; according to the stroke of a brake pedal of the vehicle and/or the pressure value of a pedal force simulator connected with the brake pedal, a brake force compensation value is obtained; compensating the first braking force of the vehicle through the braking force compensation value to reduce the influence of the damping characteristic of the pedal force simulator so as to obtain a second braking force; the vehicle is braked through the compensated second braking force, when the brake pedal is treaded rapidly or continuously, a driver can feel the foot feeling force generated when the brake pedal is treaded at a medium speed or a low speed, and the vehicle is braked through the compensated second braking force, so that the needed braking force can be generated more rapidly; and the vehicle can be decelerated or stopped in time, so that the driving safety and comfort are improved.
