The invention discloses a mobile robot capable of automatically plugging and unplugging a charging gun and a working method of the mobile robot. The mobile robot comprises a main machine, a track, a six-axis mechanical arm, the charging gun, walking wheels and a sliding contact line. The main machine runs on the track in a shuttling mode through the walking wheels, the sliding contact line is installed below the track and provides 220 v alternating current, and the collector electrode is installed on the main machine and makes full contact with the sliding contact line to provide a working power source for the main machine; the six-axis mechanical arm is installed below the main machine, the charging gun is connected to the tail end of the six-axis mechanical arm, and the charging gun achieves all-directional operation through the six-axis mechanical arm. A vehicle recognition device is arranged on the front face of the host, visual cameras are installed at the tail end of the six-axis mechanical arm in a bilateral symmetry mode, and the two visual cameras are located on the two sides of the charging gun. Automatic operation is achieved, manual intervention is reduced, a user does not need to manually plug and unplug the charging gun, convenience is improved, the satisfaction degree of the user is improved, charging efficiency and safety are improved, and powerful support is provided for development of the electric vehicle.

    本发明公开了一种可自动插拔充电枪的移动机器人及其工作方法,包括主机、轨道、六轴机械臂、充电枪、行走轮和滑触线;主机通过行走轮在轨道上穿梭行驶,滑触线安装在轨道的下方,提供220v交流电,在主机上装有集电极,集电极与滑触线充分接触,为主机提供工作电源;六轴机械臂安装在主机的下方,充电枪连接在六轴机械臂的末端,充电枪通过六轴机械臂实现全方位运转;在主机的正面设有车辆识别装置,在六轴机械臂的末端左右对称装有视觉相机,两个视觉相机位于充电枪的两侧。本发明实现了自动化操作,减少了人工干预,用户无需手动插拔充电枪,提高了便利性,提高了用户的满意度,提高了充电效率和安全性,为电动汽车的发展提供了有力支持。
