The invention provides an optical storage and charging integrated power station scheduling method and device, and belongs to the field of charging configuration. The method comprises the following steps: determining a discharging service fee and a charging service fee provided by an integrated power station in a target day for an electric vehicle, and a charging income obtained by an energy storage system for charging the electric vehicle in the target day; based on the charging income, the charging service charge, the discharging service charge and the power transmission on-grid electric quantity of the energy storage system, constructing a target function with the lowest operation cost of the energy storage system; constructing a constraint function based on the rated capacity of the energy storage system and the photovoltaic output curve of the integrated power station; and based on the target function and the constraint function, determining the time for switching the energy storage system from photovoltaic charging to power grid charging in the target day and the charging power for charging the energy storage system from the power grid. According to the invention, the operation cost of the light storage and charging integrated charging station can be reduced.

    本发明提供一种光储充一体化电站调度方法及装置,属于充电配置领域。该方法包括:确定目标日内一体化电站向电动汽车提供的放电服务费、充电服务费,以及目标日内储能系统向电动汽车充电获取的充电收益;基于充电收益、充电服务费、放电服务费以及储能系统送电上网电量,构建储能系统运行成本最低的目标函数;基于储能系统的额定容量和一体化电站的光伏出力曲线,构建约束函数;基于目标函数和约束函数,确定目标日内储能系统由光伏充电切换为电网充电的时间,以及储能系统从电网充电的充电功率。本发明能够降低光储充一体化的充电站的运营成本。
