The invention discloses a vehicle wheel chamber space design method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: building a DMU model, and carrying out the tire envelope manufacturing; manufacturing a grass plate wheel cover metal plate and guard plate data; a wheel cover sample piece is manufactured according to the straw plate wheel cover protection plate designed in the step S2 and metal plate data; carrying out user actual use scene and working condition statistics; performing a real vehicle test based on the use scene and all working conditions counted in the step S4; carrying out data processing on the experimental data, dividing different areas and obtaining an envelope correction value of a relative DMU model tire envelope; a wheel chamber space design boundary is formulated and output; and outputting design data of the wheel cover metal plate and the guard plate, and completing data inspection. According to the method, different working conditions of a user in all scenes are counted, the tire envelope size made by the DMU model is corrected according to a large amount of real vehicle test data, the method is used for early-stage wheel chamber space size design, and wheel chamber space size design is high in accuracy and efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种车辆轮室空间设计方法及设计系统,包括以下步骤:建立DMU模型,进行轮胎包络制作;进行草版轮罩钣金及护板数据制作;根据步骤S2设计的草版轮罩护板及钣金数据进行轮罩样件制作;进行用户实际使用场景及工况统计;基于步骤S4统计的使用场景及全部工况进行实车试验;对实验数据进行数据处理,划分不同区域并得出相对DMU模型轮胎包络的包络修正值;轮室空间设计边界制定及输出;输出轮罩钣金及护板设计数据,并完成数据检查。本发明通过统计用户所有场景下的不同工况,并根据大量的实车试验数据,修正DMU模型做出的轮胎包络大小,用于前期轮室空间大小设计,轮室空间大小设计准确性高、效率高。
