The invention discloses an abnormal battery cell early warning method based on battery cell internal resistance estimation. The method comprises the following steps: calculating according to the internal resistance of each single battery cell in a battery to obtain the variation coefficient of the internal resistance corresponding to the single battery cell and the abnormal frequency number of the single battery cell in a set time range; and performing abnormal early warning on each single cell in the battery based on the abnormal coefficient and/or the abnormal frequency of the single cell. According to the scheme, accurate and reliable abnormal early warning can be carried out on the single battery cell, the abnormal state can be found in time, the early warning is output, and the safety of the battery is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于电芯内阻估算的异常电芯预警方法,包括根据电池中每个单体电芯内阻计算得到单体电芯对应内阻的变异系数以及在设定时间范围内的单体电芯的异常频次次数;基于单体电芯的异常系数和或异常频次次数来对电池中每一个单体电芯进行异常预警。本方案可以对单体电芯进行准确可靠的异常预警,及时发现异常状态并输出预警,提高电池的安全性。
