The invention discloses a shunting operation method and a safety protection system commonly used in a centralized area and a non-centralized area, and the system comprises a vehicle-mounted device which is used for calculating a speed limit curve and achieving the braking control of a locomotive; the ground system comprises a CTC system/interlocking system which is used for collecting station yard information of a concentration area; the non-concentration area acquisition control unit is used for acquiring non-concentration area information; the ground host configures station yard graph data according to the received centralized area station yard information and non-centralized area information, configures a station yard code bit table according to the station yard graph data, and arranges code bits of non-centralized area turnouts behind the centralized area code bits to form an integral table; the ground host and the vehicle-mounted equipment are combined to control the train set to directly enter the non-concentration area from the concentration area or directly enter the concentration area from the non-concentration area in the state of clear head and tail positions. According to the invention, unified control of the centralized area and the non-centralized area and seamless switching of shunting operation are realized.

    本发明公开一种通用于集中区及非集中区的调车作业方法及安全防护系统,系统包括:车载设备,用于计算限速曲线并实现对机车的制动控制;地面系统包括:CTC系统/联锁系统,用于采集集中区站场信息;非集中区采集控制单元,用于采集非集中区信息;地面主机根据接收到的集中区站场信息和非集中区信息配置站场图数据,以及根据站场图数据配置站场码位表,将非集中区道岔的码位排到集中区码位后边,形成整体表格;地面主机和车载设备结合控制车列在有明确首尾位置的状态下从集中区直接进入非集中区,或者从非集中区直接进入集中区。本发明实现集中区及非集中区的统一控制和调车作业的无缝切换。
