The cutting equipment is additionally arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle, so that when high-altitude cutting is carried out, the unmanned aerial vehicle drives the cutting equipment to move to a cutting piece, and the problem that working or rescue personnel cannot get close to a working area in time and cannot move the equipment is solved.
