The present disclosure teaches the formation of non-woven porous three-dimensional (3D) matrix structures that are particularly suited for use in vehicle applications, such as vehicle foam seats, to replace a portion of the foam while maintaining cushioning and defining relatively effective airflow channels for heating and cooling.
