The invention relates to a traffic flow prediction method based on an improved space-time diagram convolutional neural network, and the method comprises the following steps: 1), carrying out the graph learning through employing a gating circulation unit and an attention mechanism, and obtaining traffic flow data represented by an adjacent matrix; 2) converting the data into a spectral domain for learning by using operations of graph Fourier transform and discrete Fourier transform; and 3) using a graph convolutional neural network and a gating linear unit to carry out learning prediction on data in a spectral domain, and providing data support for intelligent traffic management. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the prediction precision of the model in the face of a complex road topological structure is improved, and the like.

    本发明涉及一种基于改进时空图卷积神经网络的交通流量预测方法,方法包括以下步骤:1)利用门控循环单元和注意力机制进行图学习,得到以邻接矩阵表示的交通流量数据;2)利用图傅里叶变换和离散傅里叶变换的操作,将数据转化到谱域中学习;3)使用图卷积神经网络和门控线性单元对谱域中的数据进行学习预测,为智能交通管理提供数据依托。与现有技术相比,本发明具有提高模型在面对复杂道路拓扑结构时的预测精度等优点。
