The pipeline joint comprises a seat body and two plugging heads, the seat body is provided with a leading-out flow channel and two leading-in flow channels, and the two leading-in flow channels are arranged at intervals and are respectively communicated with the leading-out flow channel; the two plugging heads are movably arranged on the two leading-in flow channels respectively, and each plugging head is provided with a plugging position for plugging the corresponding leading-in flow channel and a conducting position for conducting the corresponding leading-in flow channel in the moving stroke; each plugging head can be driven by fluid, is driven to a plugging position when the fluid flows from the leading-out flow channel to the leading-in flow channel, and is driven to a conducting position when the fluid flows from the leading-in flow channel to the leading-out flow channel. According to the scheme, three elements in the prior art are reduced into one element, the welding limitation with the periphery is greatly reduced, and the welding points of the pipeline are reduced by more than 50%, so that the related risk of welding failure is reduced, the requirement for the surrounding space is reduced, the design and arrangement of the pipeline are facilitated, and the assembly convenience is improved.

    本发明公开了一种管路接头及车辆空调系统,管路接头包括座体及两个封堵头;座体具有导出流道及两个导入流道,两个导入流道间隔设置,且分别连通导出流道;两个封堵头分别活动设于两个导入流道,各封堵头在其活动行程中具有封堵其所处的导入流道的封堵位置,并具有导通其所处的导入流道的导通位置;其中,各封堵头能被流体驱动,且在流体自导出流道流向导入流道时被驱动至封堵位置,并在流体自导入流道流向导出流道时被驱动至导通位置。本方案将现有技术中的3个元件减少为一个元件,与周围的焊接限制大幅降低,减少管路焊接点50%以上,进而减少焊接失效的相关风险,并减少周围空间要求,方便管路设计及布置,提高装配便捷性。
