The invention belongs to the technical field of full-automatic suspensions of vehicles, and mainly relates to a simplified rotary pressure distribution valve structure suitable for a full-active suspension, which comprises a rotary pressure distribution valve and a driving motor which are mounted together, the rotary pressure distribution valve comprises a valve body, a valve sleeve and a valve core; two pump body oil ports and two shock absorber oil ports are formed in the valve body; four valve sleeve oil passing ports are formed in the valve sleeve; the valve element is rotationally assembled in the valve sleeve, and four valve element oil passing grooves are formed in the valve element. The driving motor is mounted on the valve body and is in transmission connection with the valve core; in the rotating stroke of the valve element, the oil way between the pump body oil port and the corresponding valve sleeve oil passing port, the oil way between the valve element oil passing groove and the oil way between the corresponding shock absorber oil port can be communicated or blocked. The driving motor is used for controlling the valve element to rotate forwards and backwards to achieve switching of oil ways and control over the opening degree of each valve port so as to continuously adjust the pressure of the upper cavity and the lower cavity of the shock absorber, and the structure is simple.

    本发明属于车辆全自动悬架技术领域,主要涉及一种适用于全主动悬架的简化型旋转式压力分配阀结构,包括安装在一起的旋转式压力分配阀和驱动电机;旋转式压力分配阀包括阀体、阀套和阀芯,阀体上设有两个泵体油口和两个减振器油口;阀套上设有四个阀套通油口;阀芯转动装配在阀套内,阀芯上设有四个阀芯通油槽;驱动电机安装在阀体上并与阀芯传动连接;阀芯在其转动行程中,能使泵体油口与对应的阀套通油口、阀芯通油槽以及对应的减振器油口之间的油路连通或阻断。本发明通过驱动电机控制阀芯的正反转旋转来实现油路的切换以及各阀口开度的控制以实现连续调节减振器上腔和下腔的压力,结构简单。
