The invention belongs to the technical field of ship air conditioners. The invention provides a ship air-conditioning system with seawater desalination and combined with liquid cooling of a ship data center and a method. The ship air-conditioning system comprises a heat pump module, a user side circulating water circulation module, an evaporative cooling module and a seawater desalination module. In summer, the air conditioning system supplies cold to the freezing room, the personnel activity room and the ship data center in a multi-stage mode, evaporative cooling assists in supplying cold to the ship data center, and meanwhile waste heat generated by the heat pump is used for preparing fresh water. In the transition season, the air conditioning system supplies cold to the freezing room and the ship data center, evaporative cooling assists in supplying cold to the ship data center, and waste heat generated by the heat pump is used for making and desalting. In winter, the air conditioning system supplies cold to the freezing room, supplies heat to the personnel activity room, and supplies cold to the ship data center by taking natural air as a cold source. The system is flexible in operation mode combination, a natural cold source is fully utilized, and the safe, stable, energy-saving and efficient air conditioning system and method are provided for the ship.
