The convenient high-comfort motorcycle gear shifting rod comprises a gear shifting rod body, an adjusting rod and an adjusting assembly, the gear shifting rod body is provided with an adjusting groove, the adjusting rod is slidably connected into the adjusting groove, the adjusting assembly comprises a plurality of limiting baffle rings and limiting blocks, and the limiting baffle rings are provided with matching grooves matched with the limiting blocks; a limiting groove is formed between every two adjacent limiting baffle rings, the adjusting rods are rotationally connected into the adjusting grooves, the limiting blocks are arranged on the adjusting rods, the adjusting rods can slide along the adjusting grooves when the adjusting rods rotate till the limiting blocks right face the matching grooves, and the adjusting rods cannot slide when the adjusting rods rotate till the limiting blocks are located in any limiting groove. When the limiting block rotates to the position right opposite to the matching groove, the adjusting rod slides to adjust the position of the adjusting rod on the gear shifting rod main body; after the adjusting rod is adjusted to a proper position, the limiting block is located in the limiting groove, and the position of the adjusting rod on the gear shifting rod body is limited; and a rider can adaptively adjust the length of the gear shifting rod when sitting on the bicycle.
