The invention discloses a truck air conditioner control method, device and equipment and a computer readable storage medium, and belongs to the field of vehicle control. The method comprises the steps that the target rotating speed of an electric air conditioner compressor is determined according to the engine state, the truck air conditioner system state, the user set temperature and the temperature in a cab; the electric air conditioner compressor is operated according to the target rotating speed so that the electric air conditioner compressor can compress the refrigerant into a high-pressure refrigerant, and the high-pressure refrigerant is conveyed into an air conditioner condenser; the air conditioner condenser condenses a high-pressure refrigerant into a high-pressure liquid refrigerant and transmits the high-pressure liquid refrigerant to the air conditioner evaporator; after absorbing heat of a cab, a high-pressure liquid refrigerant in the air conditioner evaporator is converted into a low-pressure gas refrigerant and is transmitted back to the electric air conditioner compressor, so that the cab is refrigerated when a truck is in a running or parking state, and the cooling effect and the cooling efficiency can be improved under the parking refrigeration working condition; and the power performance and the climbing performance of the engine can be improved under the driving refrigeration working condition.
