    本发明涉及连接器技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源汽车充电端连接器,包括壳体以及连接臂;所述连接臂的端部设有连接头;所述连接头内设有连接端子;所述连接臂外活动套设有防水罩;所述防水罩内设有防水腔;所述防水罩设有开口;所述防水罩设有左盖板以及右盖板;所述左盖板与右盖板抵靠后将所述开口封闭,从而将所述连接头密封设于防水腔内;所述新能源汽车充电端连接器还包括用于驱动防水罩在连接臂上滑动的驱动机构。本发明在与汽车插接之前,左盖板与右盖板抵靠从而将开口封闭,此时防水腔处于密封空间,将连接头密封在防水腔内,能够防止连接头暴露于雨水与湿气重等环境下,防止发生短路与腐蚀等问题,保证充电设备的稳定性和使用寿命。
