The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method based on a space-time frequency adaptive embedded layer and multi-scale trend perception attention, relates to the field of traffic, and aims at improving the accuracy and real-time performance of traffic prediction aiming at the limitation of an existing traffic flow prediction model so as to support urban traffic management and decision making more effectively. For the problem, the invention provides a method based on a space-time frequency adaptive embedding layer and multi-scale trend perception attention, which covers the following aspects: the space-time frequency adaptive embedding layer is designed, and space-time adaptive embedding and frequency enhancement are combined to obtain effective representation of data. And a multi-scale trend perception attention mechanism is designed to solve some defects of the existing attention mechanism and further improve the adaptability of the model.

    本发明公开了基于时空频率自适应嵌入层和多尺度趋势感知注意的交通流量预测方法,涉及交通领域,所解决的问题是针对现有交通流量预测模型的局限性,提升交通预测的准确性和实时性,从而更有效地支持城市交通管理和决策。关于这个问题,本发明提出了一种以时空频率自适应嵌入层和多尺度趋势感知注意为基础的方法,涵盖以下方面:设计了时空频率自适应嵌入层,结合了时空自适应嵌入和频率增强,以获取到数据的有效表示。设计了一个多尺度趋势感知注意力机制,用于解决现有注意力机制的一些缺陷,进一步提升模型的适应能力。
