The invention relates to the technical field of ship equipment, in particular to a ship automatic water seal structure which comprises an exhaust pipe, an inclined branch pipe, a discharge pipe and a water tank, the exhaust pipe is vertically arranged and communicated with the atmosphere through a top end opening, one end of the inclined branch pipe is obliquely communicated with the exhaust pipe, the other end of the inclined branch pipe is connected to an exhaust outlet of the ship equipment, and a U-shaped bent section is arranged on the discharge pipe. The upstream pipe section of the U-shaped bent section is communicated with the bottom end of the exhaust pipe, the downstream pipe section of the U-shaped bent section is bent downwards to form an overflow point, the water tank is communicated with the upstream pipe section of the U-shaped bent section and connected with a water source through a water supply pipe, the inner bottom wall of the water tank is as high as the lowest position of the U-shaped bent section, and the water tank is provided with a floating ball valve at an outlet of the water supply pipe. When the liquid level in the water tank is equal to the overflow point in height, the floating ball valve completely blocks the water supply pipe. According to the automatic water seal structure of the ship, through an automatic water replenishing mode, the situation that high-temperature waste gas flows backwards into the ship to cause personnel injury or equipment damage due to water seal failure is avoided.
