The invention provides a biomass-based fiber composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: treating cedar hemp, extracting fibers in the cedar hemp, carrying out high-temperature pyrolysis reaction treatment on cedar hemp stems through a gasification furnace to obtain a silicon carbon material, mixing the extracted fibers with the silicon carbon material through a surface coating method, drying, compacting, curing, spinning into protofilaments, and weaving the protofilaments into cloth. And according to the performance requirements of different products, the cloth with corresponding sizes is prepared into required products through compression molding. The high strength, moisture absorption and discharge performance, heat insulation performance, sound insulation performance and other performance of the cedar fibers are fully utilized, the silicon carbon material made of the cedar fibers is combined, the materials are mixed, dried and pressed to form the composite material, and the composite material has abrasion resistance due to the fact that the composite material contains carbon elements and has the functions of resisting static electricity, eliminating peculiar smell and the like.

    本发明提供了一种生物质基纤维复合材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明通过对柏麻进行处理,提取其中的纤维,将柏麻杆经过气化炉高温热解反应处理得到硅炭材料,通过表面涂覆方法将提取到的纤维与硅炭材料混合,再进行干燥,压实,固化,纺织成原丝,编织该原丝成布,根据不同产品的性能要求取对应的布料大小通过模压成型制成需要的产品。本发明充分利用柏麻纤维的高强度、吸湿排湿性、隔热性、隔音性等性能,并结合柏麻杆制成的硅炭材料混合烘干,压制而成,该复合材料因含有碳元素具有耐磨性,同时具有抗静电,消除异味等功能。
