The invention discloses a method for quickly centering an upper tower drum and a lower tower drum during hoisting of a large fan, which belongs to the technical field of fan mounting and comprises the following steps: S1, mounting a stiffening ring on the top of the mounted lower tower drum, and mounting a plurality of arc-shaped high-elastic steel bars on the stiffening ring at equal intervals in the circumferential direction; s2, elastic buttons are installed, specifically, the elastic buttons are installed in a plurality of top flange holes formed in the circumferential direction of the top face of the lower section tower drum; s3, the upper section of tower drum is hoisted, and the bottom of the upper section of tower drum is located among the multiple arc-shaped high-elasticity steel bars; s4, the upper section of tower drum is centered, and flange holes in the bottom of the upper section of tower drum are aligned with the multiple elastic buttons on the lower section of tower drum; and S5, the upper section of tower drum and the lower section of tower drum are fixed.
