    本发明提供了一种薄壁轻钢多腔板电梯井道,涉及电梯技术领域,薄壁轻钢多腔板电梯井道包括N个筒状井壁和N‑1个连接件;筒状井壁由薄壁轻钢多腔板折弯卷制而成;相邻两个筒状井壁沿自身的轴线方向通过连接件固定拼接。本发明的薄壁轻钢多腔板电梯井道,利用连接件将多个筒状井壁拼接组装,且筒状井壁由薄壁轻钢多腔板折弯卷制而成,能够在车间预先制作筒状井壁和连接件而在现场快速组装成型,与传统的钢筋混凝土井道或者钢结构井道相比,减轻了井道自重、降低了建设成本、缩短了建设周期、降低了制造难度、提升了保温隔音降噪水平、减少了建造和运行过程中对居民的影响。在此基础上,本发明还提供一种薄壁轻钢多腔板电梯井道的制造方法。
