The invention discloses a redundancy speed measurement method and device, a computer readable storage medium and a train, the redundancy speed measurement method is applied to a home-end ATP system of a train head, an opposite-end ATP system in communication connection with the home-end ATP system is arranged at a train tail of the train, and the home-end ATP system and the opposite-end ATP system both comprise accelerometers and speed sensors. The redundant speed measurement method comprises the following steps: acquiring home terminal acceleration information and home terminal speed information collected by an accelerometer and a speed sensor in a home terminal ATP system; opposite-end acceleration information and opposite-end speed information sent by an accelerometer and a speed sensor in an opposite-end ATP system are received; and carrying out redundancy detection on the speed of the train according to the home terminal acceleration information, the home terminal speed information, the opposite terminal acceleration information and the opposite terminal speed information. Through dual verification and complementation of the home terminal information and the opposite terminal information, the reliability of train speed measurement is remarkably enhanced, the accuracy of the speed information is improved, and the safety of train operation is further improved.
