    本发明涉及一种汽车制动系统用脉冲控制二位二通电磁阀,属于汽车液压控制制动系统中的部件。定铁与隔磁管激光焊接固定,滑块一端与导向槽滑动配合,滑块另一端与阀芯固定连接,阀座与隔磁管激光焊接,阀芯与隔磁管内壁滑动配合,滑销部件安装在异形滑槽与平底通槽之间,电磁阀线圈安装在定铁和隔磁管外部。优点在于结构新颖,相比于传统的两位两通常闭电磁阀只增加一个带有异形的平底滑槽的滑块和一个滑销部件,实现对电磁阀脉冲控制,电磁阀开启和关闭两种状态循环切换,电磁阀线圈无需长时间通电,滑销部件与滑槽底面有装配预压力,产生摩擦力,车辆振动等干扰不会导致滑销部件偏移预定的轨迹,保证电磁阀工作可靠。
