And heat exchange work is conducted through cooling liquid in the cooling pipes, the cooling liquid which is expanded after being heated enters the cooling pipes to be cooled, circulation of the cooling liquid is achieved through expansion and contraction of the cooling liquid, and the cooling effect of the hub bearing unit is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种轮毂轴承单元及其制造方法,涉及轴承领域,包括内圈与外圈,所述内圈的外壁设置有扇叶,所述外圈的两侧可拆卸设置有外壳,所述外壳的内侧设置有散热管,所述外圈的内部开设有凹槽,所述凹槽的内部设置有冷却管。本发明内圈上的扇叶对轴承本体的外表面进行散热,将内部的热空气从出风口排出,并且通过单向出风机构与过滤网配合,实现了内外空气的洁净交换,同时扇叶还可以对散热管内部的冷却液进行冷却,冷却管处于外圈的内部空腔中,通过冷却管内部的冷却液进行热量交换工作,受热膨胀后的冷却液进入散热管内部进行降温,由冷却液膨胀收缩实现冷却液的循环,进一步提升了轮毂轴承单元的散热效果。
