The invention relates to a method for installing a marine energy-saving guide wheel and a stern ball casting on the flat ground, which comprises the following steps of: respectively carrying out original data acquisition on the stern casting and the guide wheel by using a total station, carrying out simulation analysis by using Block software, and calculating the clear amount of the guide vane according to the simulation data of the contact surface of the stern ball casting and the guide wheel guide vane, carrying out under-tire pre-cleaning on the guide wheel guide vane; the stern ball casting is independently subjected to tire raising on the ground; the guide wheel and the stern ball casting are preassembled, and the stern end face of the guide wheel in the preassembled state is about 4.5 m; part of guide vanes of the guide wheel are supported by supporting columns, and the supporting columns need to be vertically arranged; after the guide wheel is preassembled, the guide wheel and the stern ball casting are welded; hoisting the stern ball casting and the guide wheel assembly; the operation danger coefficient caused by high-altitude operation is reduced, and the hook occupying time of hoisting construction of a large crane is shortened.

    本发明涉及船用节能导轮与艉球铸件平地安装的方法,包括如下步骤:利用全站仪对艉铸件及导轮分别进行原始数据采集,利用Block软件进行模拟分析,根据艉球铸件与导轮导叶的接触面模拟数据计算出导叶净荒量,对导轮导叶实施胎下预净荒;将艉球铸件单独在地面起胎;将导轮与艉球铸件进行预装,预装状态下导轮艉端面约4.5m;将导轮部分导叶采用支撑柱进行支撑,支撑需垂直设置;导轮预装完成后,对导轮与艉球铸件进行焊接;对艉球铸件、导轮组合体进行吊装;本发明减少高空作业造成的操作危险系数,减少大吊车吊装施工的占钩时长。
