The invention relates to an automobile intelligent road surface state monitoring and automatic adjusting system, which belongs to the field of automobile control, and comprises a camera, a sensor, a memory, a processor and an electronic control unit, the camera is used for shooting pavement images; the sensor is used for acquiring sensor data; the memory is used for storing pavement images and sensor data; the processor is used for recognizing the pavement state according to the pavement image and the sensor data through a pavement state intelligent recognition model based on a convolutional neural network; and the electronic control unit is used for adjusting the traction force and the braking force of the vehicle through an intelligent control model based on deep reinforcement learning according to the road surface state. According to the method, complex textures and illumination changes in the pavement image can be captured through the convolutional neural network, sensor data are additionally introduced besides the pavement image, the road surface state recognition effect can be improved, and the pavement state recognition accuracy is improved.

    本发明涉及一种汽车智能路面状态监测与自动调整系统,属于汽车控制领域,包括:摄像头、传感器、存储器、处理器以及电子控制单元;摄像头用于拍摄路面图像;传感器用于获取传感器数据;存储器用于存储路面图像以及传感器数据;处理器用于根据路面图像以及传感器数据,通过基于卷积神经网络的路面状态智能识别模型,识别路面状态;电子控制单元用于根据路面状态,通过基于深度强化学习的智能控制模型,调整车辆牵引力以及制动力。本发明可以通过卷积神经网络捕捉路面图像中复杂的纹理和光照变化,并且在路面图像以外,额外的引入传感器数据,可以提升道路面状态识别效果,提升路面状态识别的准确性。
