The invention relates to an automatic cruise torque control method and device, and relates to the field of pure electric heavy commercial vehicles using lithium iron phosphate batteries, and the automatic cruise torque control method comprises the following steps: judging whether the current gradient is greater than-1% or not; judging the real-time speed of the vehicle in the current state; if the current vehicle speed is smaller than the set target cruising vehicle speed, the next step is executed, and otherwise, the next step is skipped; the vehicle is accelerated by means of gravitational potential energy; firstly, the allowable maximum recovery torque is calculated, then the energy recovery torque requested by the vehicle control unit and the maximum energy recovery torque allowed by the power battery management system are compared, the larger value is selected and sent to the motor controller, and meanwhile no matter how large a deceleration request is sent to the electronic braking system by the vehicle control unit, the deceleration request is not responded. Gravitational potential energy can be fully utilized through the conditions of the vehicle and energy recovery limitation of the power battery, the energy utilization rate in the low-temperature environment is increased, and mechanical braking loss is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种自动巡航扭矩控制方法及装置,涉及使用磷酸铁锂电池的纯电动重型商用车的领域,其包括步骤:判断当前坡度是否大于‑1%;判断当前状态下车辆实时速度;若当前车速小于设定的目标巡航车速时,执行下一步,否则跳过下一步;让车辆依靠重力势能进行加速;首先计算出允许的最大回收扭矩,随后比较车辆控制单元请求的能量回收扭矩和动力电池管理系统允许的最大能量回收扭矩,选择较大的值发送给电机控制器,同时不管车辆控制单元向电子制动系统发送多大的减速度请求,都不响应。本发明可通过车辆所处状况以及动力电池能量回收限制,充分利用重力势能,提高低温环境下能量的利用率,减小机械制动损耗。
