The invention relates to the technical field of charging piles, in particular to a charging pile with a charging gun head of a refrigeration structure and a using method thereof.The charging pile comprises a charging pile body and a gun head body connected with the charging pile body through a wire harness and further comprises a first refrigeration mechanism used for cooling the gun head body during charging; the first refrigeration mechanism is used for charging the gun head body, the second refrigeration mechanism is used for cooling the charged gun head body, and the first refrigeration mechanism comprises a containing container containing a phase change material and heat dissipation fins located on the outer side of the containing container. By means of the high heat absorption capacity of the phase change material and the efficient heat transfer performance of the heat pipe, the cooling effect on the charging gun head is achieved, the structure is compact, large auxiliary equipment does not need to be additionally arranged, when waste heat which is not dissipated exists on the gun head body after use, cooling of the first cooling mechanism can be assisted through the second cooling mechanism, and the cooling efficiency is improved. And the heat dissipation effect of the charging gun head is accelerated.

    本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有制冷结构充电枪头的充电桩及其使用方法,包括充电桩本体以及通过线束与充电桩本体相连接的枪头本体,还包括用于对充电时枪头本体进行降温冷却的第一制冷机构,以及用于对充电后枪头本体进行降温冷却的第二制冷机构,所述第一制冷机构包括盛装有相变材料的盛装容器以及位于盛装容器外侧的散热鳍片,本发明通过将相变材料和热管技术结合起来,利用相变材料的高吸热能力和热管的高效传热性能,实现了对充电枪头的冷却效果,结构紧凑,无需额外设置大型辅助设备,并且在使用后的枪头本体上存在未散去的余热时,通过第二制冷机构可辅助对第一制冷机构的降温,加速充电枪头的散热效果。
