The controller is connected to the level conversion circuit; the level conversion circuit is connected with the logic control circuit; the logic control circuit is connected with the isolation circuit; the isolating circuit is connected with the driving circuit; the driving circuit is connected with the driving port; the feedback port is connected to the feedback circuit; the feedback circuit is connected with the controller; the capacitor charging and discharging circuit is connected with the power-off unlocking circuit; the de-energizing unlocking circuit is connected with the isolating circuit; the driving circuit is connected with the driving port. According to the invention, PWM signals are used for driving and controlling, interference is resisted, and false operation is not caused; during program debugging, breakpoints are broken when locking/unlocking logic is driven, PWM has no output, and damage cannot be caused; when the charging pile auxiliary source is abnormally powered down, the capacitor charging and discharging circuit is used for unlocking; the number of the control feedback signal line is one, resource occupation is small, and design is simplified.
